At ProGen Research Lab, we ensure safe and reliable delivery of our Ayurvedic products. Since shipping is currently managed manually (without automated shipping integration), dispatch is processed only after confirming order details with the customer.
Shipping Process (Manual Confirmation)
- Customer places an order through our website.
- Our team contacts the customer via Phone / WhatsApp / Email to confirm:
- Products ordered
- Delivery address
- Shipping mode (Domestic/International)
- Payment method & final payable amount (including shipping)
- After confirmation, the order is packed and dispatched through a suitable logistics partner.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to:
- Domestic Shipping: All over India (subject to courier availability)
- International Shipping: Select countries based on courier availability and customs regulations
International shipment availability will be confirmed during order verification.
Shipping Timelines
Domestic Orders (India)
- Order confirmation: within 24–48 working hours
- Dispatch: 1–3 working days after confirmation
- Delivery: 3–7 working days depending on location
International Orders
- Order confirmation: within 24–72 working hours
- Dispatch: 2–5 working days after confirmation
- Delivery: 7–21 working days depending on destination country, customs clearance and courier timelines
Delays may occur due to customs clearance or international regulations.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on:
- Delivery location (India/International)
- Package weight/volume
- Courier partner rates
- Customs charges (if applicable)
Final shipping and total payable amount will be shared during order confirmation.
Customs & Import Duties (For International Orders)
For international shipments:
- Customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if any) are not included in product pricing.
- These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the customer directly to the courier/customs authority.
Tracking Details
Since shipping is not automated:
- Tracking information will be shared manually via WhatsApp / Email / SMS, once the order is dispatched (if available).
Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:

- Weather or regional restrictions
- Customs clearance (for international orders)
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability:
- Re-dispatch may be arranged (additional charges may apply).
- International re-dispatch timelines may vary.
