At ProGen Research Lab, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since our products are Ayurvedic health and wellness formulations, we follow a strict quality and hygiene process for packaging and dispatch. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Order Confirmation
Currently, the website does not have automated shipping integration. After an order is placed, our team will connect with the customer via call / WhatsApp / email to confirm:
- Order items
- Delivery address
- Shipping mode (Domestic/International)
- Payment method and final payable amount
An order is considered confirmed only after customer verification.
2. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation before the product is dispatched.
If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch:
- Full refund will be issued (if payment has already been made)
If the order has already been dispatched:
- Cancellation will not be possible
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
Damaged / Leaked / Incorrect Product Received
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A leaked package
- Incorrect product(s)
- Missing product(s)
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Unboxing video (recommended)
- Photos of the package and product
- Order details
After verification, we will provide either:
- Replacement shipment, OR
- Refund (based on customer preference and availability)
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect address / contact details provided by customer
- Delivery delay caused by courier company, weather issues, or customs delays
- International orders delayed due to customs clearance
- Product effectiveness/results expectations (results vary from person to person)
5. International Orders (Important)
For international shipments:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges (if any) are not refundable
- If the order is held/returned/destroyed due to customs regulations, ProGen Research Lab will not be responsible for refunds
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Once refund is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or other agreed mode
(Processing times may vary depending on banks/payment providers.)
